ABOUT ME
"I AM THE SOUNDING STRING THAT MAKES OTHERS RESONATE."
This is my life purpose. It became clear to me during my coaching education, and this is why coaching is "my thing". Because this is exactly what happens in a coaching conversation. When you know something is right for you, it resonates. As a coach I provide a safe space and help you to find out what is right for you. I do this with a lot of empathy and warmth, bringing my positive attitude into our relationship. You will feel seen, heard, and championed.
BIOGRAPHICAL bits
I am passionate about lifelong learning and growth and brought this passion to my early working days in further education and later to my people and culture work (formerly known as HR) in a large multinational. And when I discovered coaching, I found a place where I can serve this passion even better. I completed my coach training at the the ICF-accredited Co-Active Training Institute (CTI), the longest established and most renown coaching training school in the world. I am also a certified Leadership Circle practitioner supporting leaders in their shift from reacting to the external to creating from within themselves.
I was born in the north of Germany and spent my first school years in Rome (since then loving this fascinating city – it truly resonates with me). Later, my family moved to the south of Germany where I also live today together with my husband. I hold a MA in Literature and Languages and a diploma in German as a foreign language and do volunteer work in the social sector. Singing and being at the seaside are my most resonant spaces.
