The Leadership Circle© is a wholistic system that helps us understand how we operate, which patterns we developed in the past to be successful in our interactions with other people and systems and how we can become even more successful by shifting our operating system to a next level.
The operating system that most of us still use is reactive. It is needs-based and fear-based and makes us react to external impulses.
The next level operating system is creative. It is value-based and purpose-based and enables us to create our relationships and systems from within.
A leader who acts out of this inner impulse delivers the best results. Therefore, in leadership development and executive coaching, the focus is to shift reactive leadership styles to value-based leadership work.
The Leadership Circle© is a 360-assessment used as a foundation for this work. It helps you identify your strengths by both assessing yourself and having others assess you. And it shows were you stand regarding the two primary leadership domains - reaktive tendencies (over-using high control tactics to drive results, over-emphasizing self-protective behavior and/or playing along to gain a seat at the table) and creative competencies.
